Welcome to Easy Way Driving School.
By registering with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern all services provided by Easy Way Driving School (“the School”), including classroom/online instruction and in-vehicle training. Please read them carefully before starting your course.

1. Course Duration & Completion

  • Students enrolled in the Beginner Driver Education (BDE) Program must finish all course components within 12 months from the date of registration. The program includes:

    • 20 hours of online/in-class instruction

    • 10 hours of digital/homework assignments (HomeLinks)

    • 10 hours of behind-the-wheel training

  • Completion of all segments and compliance with Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) requirements are mandatory to receive the BDE Certificate.

2. Mini-Package & Private Lessons

  • Students registered for Mini-Packages must complete all training within 12 months of registration.

  • Private/extra lessons are available on request. These lessons must be fully paid in advance before scheduling.

3. Administration Fee

  • A non-refundable administration fee of $75.00 + HST will apply if a student withdraws from the course 10 days or more after registration.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any booked in-vehicle session.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of that lesson without reimbursement.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • A $50.00 service charge applies to all returned or dishonored cheques.

  • Mini-Package registrations are non-refundable.

  • For Full Course (BDE) registrations:

    • A full refund will be issued only if no portion of the course (classroom/online or in-car) has been started.

    • Once any part of the course has been attended, no refunds will be provided.

6. Required Study Materials

Students are required to obtain and study the Official Ontario Driver’s Handbook, which is not included in course fees.

7. Release of Information

  • Easy Way Driving School is authorized to share student records with the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and any authorized auditors/agents acting on behalf of the Ministry.

  • Personal information is collected in accordance with the Highway Traffic Act, Section 205 and is used for licensing and driver program administration.
